SEND Coordinator Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate SENDCo to lead the provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities in a progressive school. This role is ideal for a committed individual who can coordinate and maintain Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, provide training and guidance, and lead on creating and implementing whole-school strategies to enhance SEND provision and student outcomes.
This position requires a qualified teacher with a National Award for SEND Coordination or a willingness to work towards it. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a SENDCo or in a leadership role focusing on SEND within a school setting. A competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications (£40,000 - £60,000 per year) and opportunities for continuous professional development are offered.
