SEND Early Help Coordinator

The Richmond and Wandsworth Council is seeking a highly skilled SEND Early Help Coordinator to join their team. As an Early Help Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to 13-25 year olds with SEND at Unique Youth After School Club and holiday scheme. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with young people and staff.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Children's Act 2004 and experience of working with children or young people with SEND. They will also have a person-centred approach and be able to demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of individual needs. In return, the employer offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum and benefits including 40 days annual leave and flexible working.
