A Dedicated SEN Support Coordinator Needed

We are seeking a Primary SEN Support Coordinator to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful applicant will have experience in supporting children with a range of SEN, ideally in a primary school setting, and be able to develop and review IEPs for students with SEND.

This role offers a competitive salary of £57,841 - £69,581, depending on experience, and a permanent full-time contract. You will be responsible for managing a team of LSA working directly with SEND students, supporting SEMH needs, and ensuring compliance with national and local legislation regarding SEND.

We require someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and additional SENCo qualifications or willingness to undertake training. A strong understanding of the SEND code of practice and effective communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external professionals, are also essential.
