We are looking for an exceptional Primary School SEN Coordinator to join our team at Aspire People. This permanent position offers the chance to work in a well-respected Primary School in Hackney, London, leading their Special Educational Needs department and teaching a class in the afternoons.

Job DescriptionAs the Primary School SEN Coordinator, you will:
- Provide training and support to teaching staff on SEN strategies and best practices.
- Foster an inclusive school environment through effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's education.
- Maintain accurate records of students' SEN and progress.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
