Description:

The London School Alliance is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Support and Learning Coordinator to join our team at South Woodford Primary School. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to succeed.

About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each child. Your expertise and passion for supporting children with SEN will enable you to make a tangible difference in the lives of these young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD during class activities, focusing on enhancing their educational experiences.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to the teaching team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about student progress.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school context.

Salary Information:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on your level of experience.
