Autism Learning Support Coordinator

RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autism Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at a well-established Primary School Autism provision in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right candidate.
About the Role:- This role involves coordinating support for children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a specialist Primary provision.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement tailored learning plans for each child.
- They will also lead the development of a positive and inclusive school environment.

- A proven track record as an Autism Support Assistant or in a similar SEN role, ideally within a Primary school setting.
- A strong understanding of Autism and experience with strategies that support social communication and sensory needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the patience and empathy to engage with children on the Autism spectrum.
- The role is based in Hammersmith & Fulham, a well-connected area with a vibrant, diverse community.
- An estimated salary for this position is £47,500 per annum, depending on experience.
