Primary SEN Leader Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Teacher to take on the role of Primary SEN Leader at our Outstanding Primary School in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's SEN provision, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEN policies and procedures in line with national guidelines and legislation
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide effective support for pupils with SEN
- Coordinate and lead assessments and EHCPs to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils
- Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within the school community
Requirements:
- Experienced Primary Teacher with a proven track record of supporting pupils with SEN
- NASENCo qualification or willingness to pursue
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 25 days annual leave and access to professional development opportunities.
