Primary SEN Teacher Leader

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEN Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and experience working in a primary school setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Down Syndrome, and learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement engaging, sensory-based lessons that promote full participation and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support for students and maximize their learning potential.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to the development of the SEN provision within the school.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing high-quality education to students with SEN.
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
