Primary SEN Teacher Position

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified Primary SEN Teacher to support students in Years 4-6 with various needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and sensory needs.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Islington, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals to provide exceptional educational support.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary SEN Teacher- Support students with complex needs, including ASD, SpLD, and challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with professionals to conduct Annual Reviews and plan ongoing support for students with EHCPs.
- Incorporate Zones of Regulation techniques to help students manage their emotions and develop self-regulation skills.
The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous experience working with students with sensory needs. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage long-term planning are essential for this role.
