- Collaboration and Support: Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants to provide effective support for students, ensuring an optimal learning environment.
- Professional Development: Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
- Provision Development: Contribute to the development of the SEN provision and help shape the future of the school's educational approach.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
