About the Role:
As a valued member of our Active SEN team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional needs. Your primary goal will be to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, where every pupil feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment, including all necessary equipment.
- Recording and reporting pupil observations, providing essential information for teachers and other staff members.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in supporting students with SEN and additional needs.
- Displaying a strong commitment to our school's values and expectations, serving as a positive role model for our pupils.
- Facilitating inclusive learning experiences, promoting participation from all pupils in various activities.
- Providing targeted support to students with SEN and additional needs, adapting your approach to meet individual requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This role offers a competitive daily rate (£85-£105) based on experience.
