Primary SEN Support Specialist Wayman Learning Trust

We are looking for a skilled and caring Primary SEN Support Specialist to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Primary SEN Support Specialist, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted interventions and support to students with SEN, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum and make progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials and deliver differentiated lessons that meet individual student needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proven experience as a Primary SEN Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
