Your New Role

This exciting opportunity is to join our team as a Primary Special Education Teacher in a thriving primary school in Oxfordshire. As a seasoned educator with experience of teaching students with special needs, you will have a profound impact on the lives of your pupils and contribute to the school's mission to provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To teach a range of subjects to students with SEN, using your expertise and creativity to engage and inspire them.
  • To work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
  • To participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEND.
  • To contribute to the development of the school's SEND policy and procedures.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
