Director of Academic Support Services
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our SEND provision at our Primary school in Brent.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications, of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring that they have access to high-quality education and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Lead and manage the SEND team to ensure effective deployment and training of support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEND provision, making recommendations for improvement.
