Primary School Teaching Assistant Wanted

RIBBONS AND REEVES is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team in Waltham Forest, London.

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a first-class degree from a top 20 UK university to work as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, supporting SEND children in a Good Ofsted-rated mixed primary school.

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with the SENDCo and Class Teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons, adapting teaching styles to meet the individual needs of students, and contributing to creating an inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to SEND children in both group sessions and one-to-one settings.
  • Collaborate with the SENDCo and Class Teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting social skills and emotional well-being among SEND children.
Compensation:
  • A competitive daily pay of £90-£100 via PAYE, including holiday pay.
  • A long-term contract until July 2025, offering stability and opportunities for growth and development.
