**Education Recruitment Team Leader Role**

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our London office as an Education Recruitment Team Leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and success of your team while making a meaningful contribution to the education community.

  1. Lead and develop a team of consultants and coordinators to connect outstanding educators with schools across London.
  2. Implement operational plans that deliver results and provide stability across the team.

  4. Foster collaboration across the organisation to align with our strategic direction.

**Requirements and Benefits**

  • Current leadership or management experience (essential)
  • Experience in high volume agency Education Recruitment (essential)

  • A competitive salary range of £49,000-£53,000 based on experience
