Receptionist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Front of House Recruitment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a company or 4 or 5* hotel environment. You will be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
- Screening and forwarding messages
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilizing meeting room calendars and software
- Setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy
- Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams
- Managing office supplies and ordering as needed
- Performing general administration tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Sorting and distributing post daily and arranging couriers
- Assisting PAs and Directors with various tasks
