Cleanliness Expert Wanted for London Office Spaces

The Role:

As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our office spaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Address any issues that arise during the day, including restocking supplies and addressing customer concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cleaning processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning processes and suggest improvements as needed.

About You:

  • Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, or facilities management, particularly in managed office environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and a focus on creating a safe work environment.
  • Physically capable of travelling between multiple locations, including night visits if necessary.
