Vulnerable Child Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill a SEMH teaching assistant role in Watford. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional help in managing their behavior and emotions.
About This Position- This is a permanent position available immediately, with a competitive daily rate of £85-120 per day.
- The working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, with flexible start dates to accommodate the right candidate's needs.
- Support students with SEMH needs, focusing on developing strategies for improved emotional regulation and behavior management.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create personalized plans for supporting students with complex needs.
- Deliver self-regulation activities and techniques to help students manage their emotions and behaviors.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes student well-being.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
