Vulnerable Care Specialist Role

We are looking for an experienced social worker to join our team in Hertfordshire, providing dedicated support to disabled children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing the needs of disabled children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Developing close relationships with parents, carers, and siblings to provide comprehensive support.
  • Conducting detailed assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Implementing complex safeguarding risk assessments to protect high-risk groups.
  • Effectively managing a caseload, meeting deadlines and targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England Registration
  • At least 1 year of post-qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum
