Vulnerable Adult Support Worker Needed
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wake Night Support Worker to join our team in Hemel Hempstead, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Earnings Overview:
- £11.94 per hour.
- 20 hours per week.
- Total estimated annual salary: approximately £24,617 (based on 40 hours/week).
About This Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver 24-hour care and activities tailored to each individual's needs.
- To implement daily support plans and engage in meaningful activities with service users.
- To prepare meals, complete laundry tasks, maintain cleanliness, and facilitate social events.
- To work together with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in caring for adults with complex needs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Possess a genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults.
- A strong commitment to maintaining high safeguarding standards.
