Vulnerable Adult Care Worker

About the Job: Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives? As a Vulnerable Adult Care Worker with Abbots Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Salary Information: This position offers an hourly rate of £13.43 on weekdays and £15.50 on weekends, with opportunities for overtime. We also provide paid mileage at 40p per mile and flexible contracts up to 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include visiting service users in their homes, providing personal care, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs. You will also work closely with medical professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care.
Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.
