About the Job

This is a full-time position that involves managing a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our adult care home. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support, and for leading and developing your team to achieve this goal.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous experience at management level and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a passion for working with vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home.
  2. Ensure that all staff receive regular supervision and training.
  3. Work closely with the Service Development Team to identify and implement new initiatives and projects.
