Wake Night Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wake Night Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs in our Hemel Hempstead service.
Earnings:
- £11.94 per hour
- 20 hours per week
- Total estimated annual salary: approximately £24,617 (based on 40 hours/week)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team providing 24-hour support to individuals with varying needs. You will be required to participate in day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- To participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- To support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skill Requirements:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
- Confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
- Passion to work with vulnerable adults.
- Desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
