Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team in Hertfordshire. This is a temporary full-time position with an initial contract duration of 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and internal circumstances.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement pathway plans for children in care
- Attend Adoption Panels and provide reports
- Manage standard case files and conduct reviews
- Collaborate with social workers to achieve positive outcomes
- Support court proceedings and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Social work registration and experience working with looked-after children
- Post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry (1-2 years)
- Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance and eligibility to work in the UK
