Role Summary:
Pursuing a career as an Early Years Specialist at Bright Horizons Hertford Day Nursery and Preschool, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities tailored to each child's needs. About Us:
Bright Horizons Hertford opened in 2020, located on the Foxholes Business Park with excellent transport links and close proximity to the Hertford East train station. Our nursery benefits from seven individual rooms, each designed for a specific age group with fantastic resources. We are committed to providing world-class care and education delivered by a world-class workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs
* Maintain strong parent/carer partnerships
* Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety

Requirements:
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Educator, or similar)
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary starting from £25,200 per annum
* Discounted childcare of 50% for the first child (T&C Apply)
* Up to 33 days holiday per year, with the option to buy additional days
