We are the first Private Provider in England to be registered under the Multi-Building Registration Ofsted Policy Guidance, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of children's residential care. As a Residential Children's Home Manager, you will lead our pioneering service, overseeing the leadership, management, and operation of your service.

You will work towards the progression and development of the children, setting the operational direction and ensuring the effective running of the service meets its statement of purpose. This role requires a skilled professional with at least 12 months managing a Residential Children's Home and extensive experience managing a team of support workers.

The salary for this role is approximately £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
