Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Children's Services team in delivering excellence in education for every child and young person in Cumberland.
About the Role: As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the statutory educational rights of children and young people are met, working in partnership with all providers and services to enable them to enjoy learning for life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Children's Services team in delivering excellence in education
- Work in partnership with all providers and services to ensure the statutory educational rights of children and young people are met
- Support, develop and challenge leaders to deliver excellence
- Ensure support and challenge for all schools and settings, including academies
