Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Bids and Tenders process from a financial perspective, providing detailed analysis and pricing recommendations as needed
  • Provide key financial data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that underpin business performance
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Oversight and management of major sales contracts
  • Ownership of the month-end close process and management accounting
  • Annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasting, and trading reviews
Requirements:
  • Experience of leading and mentoring high-performing finance teams
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
  • Experience of contract management
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of communicating and challenging senior leaders
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reporting/presentations on time
  • Extensive knowledge of profit and loss accounting and accounting treatments for financial transactions
