As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing all aspects of our coffee shop, and consistently striving for excellence.

About Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing all aspects of the coffee shop, including sales targets, stock management, cost control, and profit and loss accounts
  • Creating a professional and fun working environment that promotes health and safety and high standards of cleanliness

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in operating high-quality hospitality or retail, who is passionate about customer service and has a natural enthusiasm for developing and motivating a team. You will be a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a leader who can inspire and motivate others.
