About the Role

This is a BRAND NEW leisure facility boasting a 8 lane swimming pool, 200-station gym, exercise studios, Clip 'n' climb and a Costa Coffee of 100 covers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise and assist the COSTA Store Manager across all catering operations to include the COSTA Store, bars, events and vending where applicable.
  • Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the catering department.
  • Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the catering operation.
  • Train and coach all Barista Maestros.

About You

We're looking for a proven people manager with experience in planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation. You'll need to hold or be able to apply for required licenses, such as driving, premises license, food safety level 2, and allergen awareness. One year's experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent is essential.
