About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Costa Coffee shop within our leisure facility. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the coffee shop, including staff recruitment, training, and management. You will also be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including staff management, customer service, and sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales growth and improve profitability through effective stock management, cost control, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leisure facility team to promote the coffee shop and drive footfall.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for customer service, a love of great coffee, and a drive to succeed. You will have a proven track record of managing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and improving profitability. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
