About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Maestro to lead our Costa Coffee team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service standards and train baristas in the art of crafting great coffee. Your expertise will inspire your team to provide an outstanding customer experience, from expertly brewed coffee to impressive coffee art.

About You

We're looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about coffee and customer service. You should be reliable, committed, and open to coaching and development opportunities. As a role model for other baristas, you'll embody our company values and promote a positive work environment. You'll be flexible with your availability, including weekends and evening shifts, to ensure our site is always staffed to meet customer demand.
