This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Delivery Manager to join Cognizant's Infrastructure Services Practice in London. Our team provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and ongoing support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure.

Candidates should hold active security clearance and have experience with the ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, ITOM, and Integration.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing end-to-end delivery of client infrastructure services, including BAU delivery and projects sponsored by one or more customer groups.

You will provide leadership and direction to project team members, evaluate and identify continuous service improvements, and deliver value adds.

Additionally, you will manage risks and issues, take corrective measurements, and coordinate projects and their interdependencies.

Service Level Management and operational controls, as well as KPIs, are also key aspects of this role.

You will work with internal CoE's and support functions to meet program objectives and source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
