Service Support Lead

At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Service Support Lead, you'll play a key role in our Hawthorn site, effectively managing the coordination of external support contracts within the Infrastructure Organisation. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining and coordinating an effective external support services capability, including:

• Coordinating task dependencies internal and external to ensure outsourced and internal support are delivered to schedule, quality, and cost.
• Identifying trends and single points of failure, and making recommendations for potential improvements and optimisations.
• Providing continued improvement recommendations, highlighting additional cost-effective activities that could be conducted.
• Holding regular meetings with Service Management to update on current tasking performance and coordinate on future scheduled tasking.
• Introducing consistent reporting metrics.

This role is full-time and is a hybrid role with 1 day onsite per week at Hawthorn. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organisation.
