We are seeking a proactive and engaging Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated team in Corsham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing existing customer contacts, finding new customer leads, and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on customer retention and new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Occasional travel with both customer visits and exhibitions to build relationships and promote our products.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer details to ensure seamless communication and effective sales strategies.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service/sales experience is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail to deliver high-quality results and meet sales targets.
  • Confident liaising with people at all levels to communicate effectively and build trust.
  • Able to provide a great level of service to customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Able to work on your own initiative to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
