We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lead CyberArk Specialist. This role requires candidates to possess SC Clearance and be residents of the UK.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated "hands-on" expertise in providing operational support for CyberArk's Privileged Identity and Privileged Session Management Suites (EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, HTML5GW, and DR).
  • Proven track record in enhancing existing CyberArk technologies and practices (EPV) while offering insights to improve operational service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of PAM processes, procedures, and the integration of accounts into a PAM solution, preferably CyberArk.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with major operating systems including Microsoft Windows, UNIX, and Linux, along with middleware technologies.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory frameworks and Identity Management policies.
  • Familiarity with PAM considerations for major RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience in facilitating business process design related to identity and access management.
  • Background in the industry as a BAU Support Engineer for a PAM solution, specifically CyberArk.

  • Self-motivated individual capable of ensuring quality assurance and control to produce accurate technical deliverables.
