Tenancy Sustainment and Support Specialist

About the Role:
This hybrid role combines tenancy sustainment and floating support, requiring a skilled and empathetic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
As a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to individuals living in Cheshire East, helping them to maintain their tenancies and achieve their goals.
You will work closely with the team to identify and address the needs of service users, providing guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance as required.
