- 1-2 years' experience in a similar sector or transferable skills.
- Experience working with customers with complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of great customer service.
- Ability to fulfill contractual commitments for commissioned services.
- Experience supporting financial processes, including expenses and invoice processing.
- Experience completing forms and applications for benefits and grants.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- A motivational approach to supporting customers.
