Care Support Specialist

Belong is a leading provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team in Crewe.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will work with a warm and friendly team to provide support to older people in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing personal care, managing medication, preparing meals, and supporting individuals with dementia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Managing medication and administering as required
- Preparing meals and snacks for individuals
- Supporting individuals with dementia and their carers
- Assisting with shopping and other domestic tasks
- Accompanying individuals on trips out and providing support as needed
