About the Role:
Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to work in a Private Care Provider in Cheshire. As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the nursing care of residents
• Participate in the general day-to-day activities of the home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (RGN)
