Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our care team in delivering personalized care services to clients in their own homes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality care outcomes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12-£12.50 per hour, depending on the shift pattern. In addition, you will receive 25p per mile between care calls, as well as access to our company mobile phone and fully funded training opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a valid DBS check and right to work in the UK
  • Have access to your own transport or be willing to use public transport/bike
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
