Tenancy Sustainment and Support Specialist

At Concrete, we're committed to providing high-quality support services to individuals in need. As a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in delivering our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with customers to develop personalized support plans, addressing their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and inductions to ensure customers receive the necessary support.
- Empower customers to maintain their independence and self-sufficiency, promoting positive relationships with their support network and other services.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, with regular health and safety checks completed.
- Support customers in developing positive relationships with their support network and other services.
- Administer support plans, forms, and databases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work with the local community to raise Concrete's profile and secure funding for our services.
- Educated to a GCSE level.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar sector or transferable skills.
- Experience working with customers with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of great customer service principles.
- Ability to fulfill contractual commitments for commissioned services.
- Experience supporting financial processes, including expenses and invoice processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
