Tenancy Sustainment and Support Specialist

As a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in delivering this support, working closely with our team to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized support plans for customers, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Work with customers to complete inductions, risk assessments, and create support plans to address their complex needs.
- Empower customers to maintain their independence and understand how to manage their own homes.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and health and safety checks are completed.
- Support customers to develop positive relationships with their support network and other services.
- Manage administration tasks, including support plans, forms, and databases, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support customers to 'move on' into their own general needs tenancy.
- Collaborate with the local community to fundraise and raise Concrete's profile in the area.
- Educated to a GCSE level.
- 1-2 years' experience of working in a similar sector or transferable skills.
- Experience of working with customers with complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of what great customer service is.
- Ability to fulfill contractual commitments for commissioned services.
- Experience of supporting financial processes, including expenses and invoice processing.
- Experience of completing forms and applications for benefits and grants.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- A motivational approach to supporting customers.
