Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team at the England and Wales Cricket Board. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our major partners, delivering innovative partnership solutions, and ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key partners to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite partners to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives
* Develop and implement annual activation plans that meet partner objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Oversee player content and appearances to achieve both partner and ECB objectives

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, planning and managing major partnerships and activating marketing campaigns
* Strong commercial sense with ability to understand partner objectives and evolve them
* Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking skills
* Experience in building processes, ways of working, and collaboration
