Partnership Lead Job Description:
Forsyth Barnes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Partnerships Executive Lead to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, with a proven ability to develop and execute commercially-focused partnership strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Commercial Partnerships: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, developing and executing comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Brand Activation: Oversee the development and implementation of impactful brand activation campaigns, delivering memorable fan experiences.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain key partnerships, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and effective collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on trends in the sports partnership landscape to keep partnerships competitive.
  • Leadership Skills: Represent the organisation with excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering cross-departmental teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience:
  1. 5+ years in partnership management or brand activation, ideally in sports or entertainment.
  2. Proven track record in partnership development and activation.
  3. Strong relationship management, team leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
