Director of Commercial Partnerships

Fifteen West is a dynamic company in the financial technology sector. We are looking for a Director of Commercial Partnerships to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our commercial team to identify new business opportunities, manage existing partnerships, and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial role, with a proven track record of success in partnership management, sales support, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring agreements lead to real revenue and mutual growth.
- Take an active role in general sales activities, including managing inquiries, taking sales calls, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with the rest of the commercial team and support the implementation of growth strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales activity, and other key commercial metrics.
Salary: £45-50k DOE. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a start-up environment with a large degree of independence and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial role(s) e.g. partnerships, sales, business development, commercial analysis, etc.
- Some partnership experience.
- The ability and confidence to take sales calls and engage with partners, prospects and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a respected university.
