Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled VP of Commercial Partnerships to join our Partner Solutions segment, reporting directly to the VP and Directors. This is a senior role that requires a strong understanding of commercial partnerships and experience in driving revenue growth within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Own the commercial partnerships function across TPS, partnering at a VP/Director level to drive business growth while optimising for balance with shareholder return.
  • Manage sales budgets and reforecasting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective planning.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial partnerships or business development role, preferably within the rail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
