About the Role: As Revenue Growth and Business Development Director, you will have overall responsibility for our commercial activities, including business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement our commercial strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful as our Revenue Growth and Business Development Director, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field">
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare industry">
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships">
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills">
  • Strong business development skills, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders">
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making">

Salary: The salary range for this role is £120,000-£160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in Gatwick, RH6 0PA, with frequent travel required across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.
