Clinical Leader for Community Mental Health

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our community mental health team in North Kensington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in assessing and treating mental disorders in an acute psychiatric setting, as well as expertise in risk assessment and management. A strong background in service development and business planning is also desirable.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the improvement of mental health services in our community. The estimated salary for this position is £83,156 - £122,350 per annum, depending on experience.
